"We don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing." - George Bernard Shaw

At RL Hughes, all children have the right to experience a variety of opportunities to participate in physical activity and sport across the whole curriculum. We recognise the importance of sport and physical activity in daily life and are committed to increase children’s levels of physical activity at school and through after school sports provision. Through P.E. we aim to develop important skills such as: problem solving, self- assessment, communication, competitiveness, team work and keeping themselves healthy.
